Good afternoon Orcas!

Tomorrow we swim the Brookwood Barracudas (AWAY).

Pool Address: 4339 Woodbourne Dr, Clemmons, NC 27102

Please allow ample arrival time as there has been road construction in the area.  To allow time for their members to leave, the pool has asked that we not arrive earlier than 4:30.  You might find it easier to drop your swimmer off and then park.  

We will let you know when heat sheets are available.

Here is some important information from their pool reps:

1. It may have been a few years since your team has visited, but parking and access to the pool is extremely limited. There are a limited number of spaces in front of the pool, and there is no outlet. Turning around/getting back out of the lot is tough when the lot is full. As you can imagine it fills up fast. 

2. Please encourage your parents and families to only park on the side of the street closest to the pool (in green on the map), but not in homeowner's yards. Due to the narrow streets of the Meadowbrook neighborhood, those parking on the opposite side of the street may be towed to allow emergency vehicle access. 

3. Those arriving late may consider dropping off their swimmer at the entrance road (near where the red pin on the map is located). 

4. You will have the far side of the pool for your team. You will also have access to the covered 4 square area near the deep end/starting end for your clerk of course. That side of the pool will be impacted by the sun, so feel free to bring tents to provide additional shade beyond the 4 square area. 

5. We will be selling pizza by the slice and other concessions out of the Snack Shack. 

 6. And perhaps most importantly, for home meets we have 'themes' and your team is welcome to participate. Thursday's theme is "Fiesta/Coco".
