CITY MEET SWIMMERS/FAMILIES:

THANK YOU for signing up for the City Meet.  This year's theme is "Finding Nemo".  We will be setting up tent(s) for all of us to sit under and it you have any "Nemo" type decor to add, that would be great!  Please bring a chair/towels/blankets to sit on and to stay warm/dry.  Though it's not necessarily forecasted to be cold, it might be rainy. 

Oak Valley will be covering the expenses for the meet! THANK YOU SWIM BOARD!!!  However, you do need to pay if you pre-ordered a t-shirt ($17). Cash/check to Jeni Richardson or Jennifer Hirata whenever you get a chance.  If you didn't pre-order a shirt, they can be purchased at the meet (I believe $20).

Attached you will find a pdf file with all the details. Please look it over carefully.  I will also attach a psych sheet and timeline.  Coaches will be provided heat sheets at the meet and they will be available to download the day of.

A key detail (again, read the attached file) is the "time schedule" for the day:

• Gate opens at 8:30 AM – NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED BEFORE THIS TIME. Team spaces are pre-assigned. See Team Space Assignments link for map. 
• 6 & Under, 8 & Under, 9-10 age groups Warm up - 9:00 AM / Meet start - 10:00 AM 
• 11-12, 13-14, 15+/Open age groups Warm up - 1:30 PM / Meet start - 2:45 PM (times may be adjusted after entries received and processed)
