The volunteer parent board is creating 2 sub committees. Please let us know if you are able to lend a hand and lead or co lead one of these committees. We already have the processes established, just need people to step up and take them over (with our assistance to get you going). 

1. Volunteer coordinator: The signups are already created in Swimtopia. The role would consist of checking in/out volunteers, making sure all volunteer roles are filled prior to meets (home and away), and print timer sheets for home meets (3). Parents are required to volunteer 3x per season, so we have plenty of people to fill spots. 

2. Concessions coordinator: Concessions are our largest fundraiser. Duties include picking up hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, candy, condiments, buns, and organizing drink donations. Helping set up and break down for meets. Volunteers will run concessions during meets (3 home meets) and Memorial Day weekend (weather and volunteers permitting). Volunteer spots are on Swimtopia and will be coordinated by the volunteer coordinator, except for Memorial Day weekend. We have been using signup genius for Memorial Day weekend and drink donations.
