Hi Orca Families!

The swimmers have been working so hard to prepare for Tuesday's swim meet!  We are swimming against Brookwood at HOME, Tuesday 6/7.  Here are some important reminders:

• Please arrive at Oak Valley Pool no later than 4:30pm. 
• Swimmers aged 10 and under - it would be really helpful if you would write their name on their back (shoulder area). It is also helpful to mark their event # / heat # / lane # on their forearm or leg.  See a coach or an experienced swimmer for details.  
• We hope to start the swim meet by 5:30pm.
• All of our home meets have themes!  Tuesday's theme is "Jersey Night" - represent your favorite sports team!

I attached a pdf file that shows the events your swimmer is participating in.  This is helpful to bring with you on meet day.  The swimmers in Tuesday's meet are those that confirmed attendance with a coach and/or on the swimtopia app. Actual heat sheets (with heat and lane #) will be available on the swimtopia website the day of the meet.  

Another email will be sent from the parent board regarding t-shirts, swim caps and volunteer information.  Thank you!
